So today is the First Training session towards some new goals in the 2013 year. Still recovering from a cold and feeling eh and this is my first workout after Christian's Christmas Classic….so the weights aren't my best effort, but just the beginning!
PRESS DAY:
Bench Press:
3x5 @ 85#, 105# and 115# which is a PR for me

Overhead BB Press:
Stayed lighter on the weights so I could focus on getting my Push Press and Split Jerk Form improved
3x10 @65# each rep, 1st set Push Press, 2nd Set Split Jerk and 3rd Set Push Press

Push up to Failure:
3 sets @ 13, 7 & 9 since this is really the first couple of sets I have been doing as full push-ups and not assisted, OK, but need to get more!
