12.12.12 Training Session Back/Legs – Lou's A$$ kicking Special

Back/Legs – Lou's A$$ kicking Special – BUT I KICKED BACK!
Back Squats
4 sets of 3 – 95#, 115#, 155#, 175# – PR BIATCHES!!! My previous 1 rep max was 155# and YES my a$$ was to the ground – well as to the ground as I go. Wore knee sleeves only.
Straight Leg Deadlifts – manageable weight. Do not start off super heavy.
3 sets of 5 – 205#, 225#, 245#
Box Jumps – 3 sets of 30 seconds – 25 reps….box jumps not my strong suite…feel like an elephant trying to jump on one of those little circus drums.
Heavy Prowler push – 3 sets of 45 seconds of pushing. Did 90# weights on the prowler…uphill…in the winter….in 4' of snow….oh sorry that is my mothers prowler! but it was uphill for 1/2 of it.
Hanging Leg Raises – 3 sets of 20 for abs.
